Small Animal Appointments:

We are open Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 6:30PM, Saturday 8.30AM – 12.30PM (excluding bank holidays).

Consultations are by appointment only and are normally scheduled for 15 minutes, this allows us time to give our best level of care to you and your pet. We aim to enable you to see the veterinary surgeon of your choice and allow for continuity of care.

Nurse clinics are held daily by our nursing team. The treatments available from the nurses include: claw clipping, microchipping, anal gland evacuation, dental checks, post operative checks, flea and worming treatments as well as advice on nutrition.

Our RVN also holds regular senior health checks and weight clinics.

Small Animal Visits:

We are happy to visit your pet at home when necessary, but do please keep in mind that we may be able to do much more at the surgery where we have a full range of medication, equipment and trained staff. Please note there is an extra charge for house calls.

Equine Appointments:

Please contact the surgery to make an appointment for one of our vets to come out to see your horse. Alternatively you can transport your horse to the surgery for booster vaccinations if that suits you best.

ALL EMERGENCY CALLS WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.

Please use our online Appointment Request form to book a routine appointment for your pet. This service is not suitable for emergencies or cases requiring urgent treatment – please call 01258 472293. Please note that we require at least one working day to process requests. We will contact you by phone to confirm your appointment time, please note that while we will try our best to accommodate all requests (time, date and surgeon choice) it may not always be possible to do so. We will always offer a choice of appointments.
